Dr. Calabrese always is prompt! She listens carefully and is always on point. I trust her advice.

The staff at Dr. Calabri's office is always friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait long. I think the longest I've ever waited is three to four minutes. Dr. Calabrise herself is very friendly, very helpful, does not rush me, takes her time with me, answers all of my questions, has called me on the phone. We have communicated through the MyChart portal. She is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

The reason I went to the doctor was I lost my previous doctor. And I had to wait until I met this doctor. My doctor passed away about a month and a half ago. So I still have some things that I have to talk to this doctor about. I want to give him the name, address, and everything of my previous doctor who passed away a month and a half ago. Everything about my provider, Dr. Karen Calabrese and her office was amazing. What's not amazing is that every time I have an appointment come up, I get like three phone calls, two emails, two text messages, and then post the appointment. Again, same thing, email, text, and now a phone call as well. My doctor is amazing, but it's just frustrating to get so much contact from you folks. I don't understand why it's necessary to be done on all those cases. Even if I confirm my appointment online, I still get a phone call to confirm my appointment. That's just confusing. My doctor and her office has been fabulous.

On the whole and individually my experience more than just met my expectations in regards to a caring and professional staff from the time I arrived for my appointment to my departure and scheduling for next office visit. Besides having my medical needs addressed in a patient , kind and professional manner the whole staff did not perform in a robotic manner and addressed my individual needs from seeing to my physical comfort to scheduling my next office visit at a time most convenient for me. One thing I particularly appreciate is the personal "eye contact" and pleasant attitude of the staff upon my arrival at the front counter to take care of checking in and related business until departure.
